- <p>We are looking for a Bilingual (EN/FR) Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join a national insurance organization in Oakville, Ontario on a Long-term Contract basis. In this role, you will support benefits, retirement, and leave administration for a large employee population while helping ensure accurate records, timely issue resolution, and a strong employee experience.
