  • <p>Our client in downtown Toronto is looking for a Marketing Advisor for a 9 month contract. This is an in-office position, working in office 4 days a week and 1 day work from home (Fridays). The Marketing Advisor is responsible for the execution and delivery of marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement. Working within the Brand Marketing team, this role manages multi-channel campaigns and collaborates with internal teams, external agencies, and strategic partners to deliver against business objectives.</p><p><br></p><p>This position requires strong project management skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage the day-to-day relationship with a loyalty partner and their marketing team, including coordinating status updates, reviews, and approvals.</li><li>Plan and execute acquisition and engagement campaigns across multiple channels (paid, owned, earned, and 1:1).</li><li>Lead end-to-end campaign delivery, from briefing and development to approvals, launch, and post-campaign reporting.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and with the appropriate resources.</li><li>Use data and insights to inform campaign structure, targeting strategies, and communication tactics.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing plans, strategies, and performance measures aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve go-to-market plans.</li></ul>
