This role is responsible for ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and compliance across multi-year, multi-partner project</p><p> </p><p>The Finance Manager’s duties will include: </p><p> </p><p>· Lead project budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and variance analysis</p><p>· Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions</p><p>· Ensure compliance with donor guidelines, contribution agreements, and restricted funding requirements</p><p>· Prepare and oversee timely financial reports, dashboards, and audit support</p><p>· Review transactions, reconciliations, revenue recognition, and internal controls</p><p>· Manage partner financial reporting, due diligence, training, and compliance oversight</p><p>· Support procurement reviews, contract compliance, and financial risk monitoring</p><p>· Improve financial systems, tools, templates, and processes across projects</p>
