This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who is comfortable working across L1/L2 technical support, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and infrastructure.</p><p><br></p><p>The role is well suited to someone who has progressed beyond traditional help desk support and has gained practical experience administering and troubleshooting systems, networks, cloud technologies, and end-user environments.
