- <p>Robert Half is recruiting for an experienced <strong>Training Lead / Training Consultant</strong> to support a multi-year SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation. This role is a hybrid position working in Cambridge, Ontario 3 days in office per week - (subject to change as we enter the training delivery phase). This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive training strategy that drives user readiness, adoption, and change management across the organization. </p><p><br></p><p>We are open to discussing compensation rates based on experience. </p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Conduct training needs assessments and develop the overall training strategy, learning paths, and delivery approach.</li><li>Define role-based training requirements and create a train-the-trainer framework.</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain training materials using SAP Enable Now (SEN), including simulations, recordings, and job aids.</li><li>Support SEN administration, content management, and end-user support activities.</li><li>Partner with Business Process Owners, Key Users, Change Management, and Project teams to ensure training aligns with business processes and organizational goals.</li><li>Deliver training sessions and coordinate training schedules, communications, and logistics.</li><li>Track participation, learner feedback, and adoption metrics, recommending additional learning interventions as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p>
