Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ol><li>Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with ASPE regulatory standards.</li><li>Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of financial performance, variances, and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.</li><li>Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial reporting processes and controls to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of financial reporting policies, procedures, and key assumptions to support internal controls and audit readiness.</li><li>Communication: Effectively communicate financial results, findings, and recommendations to senior management.</li><li>Training and Development: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members to foster professional growth and ensure a high level of performance.</li><li>Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management, which may include M& A transactions, system implementations, or other strategic initiatives.</li></ol><p><br></p>
