The key responsibilities include:</p><p><br></p><p>Executive & Administrative Support</p><ul><li>Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities, including management of the master calendar, shared email accounts, document management systems, and maintenance of the organization's document library.</li><li>Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other administrative documentation with a high degree of accuracy.</li><li>Collect, organize, maintain, and analyze data to support reporting, reconciliation, process control, and organizational decision-making.</li><li>Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.</li></ul><p>Human Resources Support</p><ul><li>Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including:</li><li>Recruitment coordination</li><li>Job postings</li><li>Candidate screening and interview scheduling</li><li>New employee onboarding</li><li>Offboarding activities</li><li>Employee documentation and records management</li><li>Leave administration</li><li>Annual certifications and compliance tracking</li><li>Maintain employee files and HR records while ensuring strict confidentiality.</li><li>Support policy reviews and research initiatives by gathering information and preparing recommendations for leadership.</li><li>Assist with employee communications, programs, resources, and engagement initiatives.</li></ul><p>Payroll & Benefits Administration</p><ul><li>Assist with payroll administration and related documentation.</li><li>Coordinate employee benefits administration and support enrollment and maintenance activities.</li><li>Track performance review timelines, documentation, meeting coordination, and completion status.</li></ul><p>Training & Projects</p><ul><li>Prepare and maintain employee handbooks, training materials, and internal resources.</li><li>Coordinate training sessions, staff events, and employee development initiatives.</li><li>Support special projects and process improvement initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.</li><li>Collaborate with management and team leaders on continuous improvement efforts and organizational initiatives.</li></ul><p>The ideal candidate is a proactive and service-oriented professional who enjoys supporting both people and processes.
