This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting and finance professional with strong technical accounting knowledge, leadership experience, and a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and process improvement.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process</li><li>Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and related disclosures</li><li>Lead the preparation of supporting schedules for external auditors and coordinate audit requests</li><li>Research technical accounting issues and prepare related documentation and recommendations</li><li>Oversee account reconciliations and reporting controls to support accurate financial results</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with accounting, finance, tax, and operational teams to gather and validate reporting information</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy</li><li>Assist with the development and mentoring of accounting and reporting staff</li><li>Support special projects, including system implementations, policy updates, and other corporate finance initiatives</li></ul>
