You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing excellent customer service while supporting a range of administrative and coordination duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet and assist visitors and staff, providing directions and support.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized reception and common areas.</li><li>Coordinate meeting rooms and ensure equipment is set up.</li><li>Support expense reporting and general administrative tasks.</li><li>Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and packages.</li><li>Arrange visitor parking and meeting/event catering.</li><li>Monitor and order office supplies as needed.</li><li>Act as fire warden during drills or emergencies.</li><li>Provide ad hoc support to the Executive Assistant team.</li></ul>
