The position will require regular onsite presence at two regional locations, with coordination between offices.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee month-end close, year-end processes, and corporate reporting requirements</li><li>Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and collections</li><li>Lead and support the implementation of a new ERP system.</li><li>Ensure all financial data and processes are accurate and audit-ready for a US-based corporate head office</li><li>Partner with the CFO, VP of Operations, and other key stakeholders across locations</li><li>Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and take ownership of projects with minimal oversight</li></ul>
