  • We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a community-based non-profit organization on a contract basis. This role will support a high volume of hiring across program delivery, community services, clinical care, and coordination functions. The successful candidate will bring strong end-to-end recruitment experience and the ability to manage multiple openings efficiently while delivering a thoughtful candidate experience.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of vacancies, including program coordinators, case managers, clinical professionals, support staff, and care coordinators.<br>• Manage a sizeable requisition load and keep hiring activity moving forward across more than 10 active searches.<br>• Source candidates with relevant experience through job boards, talent pipelines, and targeted outreach strategies.<br>• Screen applications, conduct initial candidate assessments, and present suitable shortlists to hiring leaders.<br>• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the selection process.<br>• Use ADP Recruiting to post roles, track applicants, and document recruitment activity accurately.<br>• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align on selection criteria, and support hiring decisions.<br>• Assist with onboarding activities to help ensure a smooth transition for successful hires.

  • We are looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to join a cosmetics organization in Etobicoke, Ontario on a Long-term Contract basis. This position will oversee core accounting operations, financial reporting, audit coordination, and treasury-related activities supporting manufacturing and retail operations across North America. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate close results, strengthening financial controls, and providing insight that supports planning and business decisions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Direct the monthly and annual close process by managing timelines, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring reporting is completed accurately and on schedule.<br>• Review financial results in detail, including balance sheet accounts and income statement performance, and address reconciliation issues through timely follow-up and escalation.<br>• Prepare and assess consolidated financial reporting for North American operations with a focus on manufacturing and retail activities.<br>• Work closely with FP&amp;A, Payroll, Tax, and Accounts Payable teams to confirm that all inputs to the close are complete, reliable, and properly reflected in reporting.<br>• Provide meaningful analysis of actual results, trends, and key variances to support budgeting, forecasting, and broader financial planning activities.<br>• Oversee short-term cash forecasting by establishing a regular planning cycle, validating assumptions, and explaining movements between forecasted and actual cash positions.<br>• Manage operational hedging activities in accordance with internal policy, maintain supporting documentation, and coordinate related accounting entries with appropriate stakeholders.<br>• Lead year-end audit coordination for the North American scope by organizing schedules, managing auditor requests, and ensuring internal teams are prepared to meet deadlines.<br>• Research complex accounting matters, document technical conclusions, and prepare supporting memoranda for audit, reporting, and internal decision-making purposes.<br>• Support banking, funding, tax, and head office reporting requirements while maintaining strong controls and confidentiality around sensitive financial information.
