  • <p>We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a Long-term Contract opportunity based in Ontario. In this role, you will guide design work across several product streams, turning complex challenges into intuitive, refined experiences that support both user needs and business goals. This is a 6 month contract to start located in Toronto, Ontario. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Own design end to end across multiple concurrent initiatives — from upstream problem framing and research through to high-fidelity UI, delivery and handoff </p><p>• Shape briefs, not just respond to them — identifying what the real problem is before the team has named it, and influencing direction before decisions are locked </p><p>• Build trust quickly with product and engineering partners — demonstrating through the quality and pace of your work that good design makes outcomes better </p><p>• The bar is rising, but quality is still the differentiator. You’ll use AI as a core part of how you design — prototyping faster, synthesizing research at scale, exploring more directions in less time — while leading with design judgement that AI can&#39;t replace </p><p>• Produce interfaces that are visually considered, interaction-sound, accessible and aligned to design system standards — you know that UI is where the experience becomes real for users • Contribute to the team&#39;s case study output — documenting what worked, what didn&#39;t, and what it proved about design&#39;s value </p><p>• Raise the capability of the team around you through pairing, critique and direct feedback — you are a multiplier, not just a contributor </p>
