- <p><strong>ERP Selection Consultant</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> GTA / Hybrid/ Primarily Remote</p><p><strong>Engagement Type:</strong> Contract, Part-time hours.</p><p><strong>Duration</strong>: 3 months (Part-Time hours)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>Our client is seeking an<strong> ERP Selection Consultant</strong> to support a critical systems modernization initiative. This consultant will guide the evaluation and selection of a new ERP platform to support finance, accounting, and operational needs, while helping leadership build requirements, assess vendors, and develop a clear business case for decision-making.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the ERP selection process from discovery through vendor evaluation and recommendation</li><li>Gather and document business requirements across finance, accounting, and operational functions</li><li>Assess current-state processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and bring key capabilities in-house</li><li>Help define future-state requirements for areas such as AP, AR, financial reporting, fund accounting, and related operational processes</li><li>Support the development of a business case, selection criteria, and vendor evaluation framework</li><li>Participate in vendor demos, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and help compare solution options</li><li>Provide guidance on ERP fit, functionality, implementation considerations, and overall readiness for a cloud-based environment</li><li>Assist with RFP development, reference checks, and commercial evaluation as needed</li><li>Partner with finance and leadership teams to prepare recommendations for executive review and approval</li><li>Advise on phased approach options, including an initial finance/accounting core rollout followed by later-stage implementation support if required</li></ul>
