Ce poste exige une approche stratégique, un excellent sens de l'organisation et des compétences en communication exceptionnelles.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsabilités:</p><ul><li>Piloter stratégiquement un portefeuille de comptes clés, en agissant comme point de contact principal et conseiller de confiance, tout en identifiant proactivement des leviers de croissance durable et de création de valeur.</li><li>Définir et déployer des stratégies de développement de comptes visant à accroître la satisfaction, la fidélisation et la rentabilité des clients, en cohérence avec les objectifs d’affaires de l’entreprise.</li><li>Diriger la collaboration interfonctionnelle (ventes, opérations, marketing, finance, etc.) afin d’assurer une exécution optimale des engagements clients et un alignement constant sur leurs priorités stratégiques.</li><li>Analyser et piloter les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI), formuler des recommandations stratégiques et ajuster les plans d’action pour assurer l’atteinte de ceux-ci;</li><li>Gérer et résoudre de manière proactive les enjeux complexes ou à fort impact, en mettant en place des solutions durables qui améliorent l’expérience client et renforcent la relation à long terme.</li><li>Identifier, qualifier et concrétiser des opportunités d’expansion des comptes (upsell, cross-sell, nouveaux mandats), tout en consolidant des partenariats solides et pérennes.</li><li>Préparer, analyser et présenter des revues d’affaires stratégiques (rapports de performance, plans de croissance) à des interlocuteurs de niveau décisionnel.</li><li>Animer des rencontres régulières avec les clients clés, recueillir leurs retours stratégiques et influencer l’évolution des offres et services afin de mieux répondre à leurs besoins actuels et futurs.</li><li>Représenter l’entreprise auprès des clients, partenaires et lors d’événements de l’industrie, en renforçant la crédibilité, la visibilité et le positionnement stratégique de l’organisation.</li></ul>
