Relevant directement du vice-président de la comptabilité et des finances, vous serez responsable de la mise en place de contrôles internes solides, de l'optimisation des processus d'audit des ventes et de la gestion des risques opérationnels liés aux stocks.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsabilités:</p><p>• Superviser et optimiser les processus d'audit des ventes afin d'assurer la précision des revenus dans tous les points de vente.</p><p>• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des contrôles internes robustes pour garantir la conformité financière, y compris les normes SOX.</p><p>• Analyser et améliorer les processus de gestion des stocks pour minimiser les pertes et les écarts.</p><p>• Gérer et encadrer une équipe dédiée au contrôle des ventes et des inventaires, en favorisant leur développement et leur engagement.</p><p>• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes des opérations en magasin, des technologies de l'information et des finances pour aligner les objectifs stratégiques.</p><p>• Piloter des initiatives d'amélioration continue et d'automatisation des systèmes liés aux opérations de vente au détail.</p><p>• Utiliser des analyses avancées pour fournir des rapports financiers transparents et éclairer la prise de décision stratégique.</p><p>• Identifier et atténuer les risques opérationnels liés aux ventes et aux stocks.</p><p>• Établir des protocoles pour suivre et réduire les pertes liées aux stocks dans les magasins.</p><p>• Assurer une communication efficace avec les parties prenantes pour garantir l'alignement sur les objectifs financiers.</p>
