In this long-term, part-time consulting position, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful implementation and configuration of a new global payroll solution. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll implementation and system integration.• Strong expertise with ADP and other payroll platforms.• Proven ability to conduct gap analysis and develop Business Requirement Documents.• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.• Solid understanding of payroll compliance regulations, tax laws, and benefits administration.• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation to support project goals and testing processes.• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within established timelines.• Familiarity with payroll testing methodologies, including parallel testing and go-live readiness.
