This position offers an opportunity to play a critical role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring the organization’s stability and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in accounting, reporting, and team leadership to support business objectives effectively. Responsibilities:• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting cycles, ensuring accurate and timely financial results.• Prepare and analyze financial reports, conduct variance evaluations, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.• Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts to optimize expenses and drive profitability.• Oversee daily cash flow operations and weekly liquidity projections, ensuring financial stability.• Supervise banking activities, payment approvals, and funding requirements to support organizational partnerships.• Direct teams handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.• Resolve collection issues, review aging reports, and manage accruals to maintain financial health.• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with governance standards and tax regulations.• Collaborate with external advisors on audit and tax matters, ensuring adherence to corporate policies.• Provide mentorship and detail oriented development opportunities for accounting and payroll staff while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.• Strong expertise in managing month-end and year-end close processes.• Proven ability to perform detailed financial analysis and reporting.• Experience handling payroll operations and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.• Proficiency in managing accounts payable and receivable functions.• Advanced knowledge of cash flow management and treasury activities.• Familiarity with internal controls, tax compliance, and governance standards.• Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
