This is a contract position for 6 months with potential to convert full time for the right candidate. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and leadership abilities, who thrives in managing financial operations and driving efficiency. You will play a critical part in overseeing accounting processes, team management, and financial reporting. Responsibilities:• Oversee month-end financial close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Prepare comprehensive board packages to support informed decision-making.• Manage and monitor full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.• Lead and mentor a team of two, fostering collaboration and growth.• Handle acquisition accounting tasks with precision and compliance.• Ensure effective cash flow management to support organizational goals.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial operations with overall business strategies.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles. • Proven expertise in financial reporting and month-end close processes. • Strong knowledge of cash flow management and full-cycle accounting. • Leadership experience, including managing and developing teams. • Ability to prepare detailed board packages and present financial insights. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams. • CPA designation or equivalent is preferred.
