<p>Our client is a mission-driven national organization looking for a Cloud Engineer to join their technology team. This role is ideal for a senior cloud professional who enjoys being hands-on with Microsoft technologies while also contributing to cloud strategy, architecture, security, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p>Working closely with architects, business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams, you will help design, implement, secure, and optimize enterprise cloud environments that support organizational objectives and digital transformation initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>What You&#39;ll Be Doing</p><ul><li>Design, implement, and administer cloud infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environments.</li><li>Manage and optimize Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and disaster recovery solutions.</li><li>Support Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, including identity, endpoint management, collaboration, and security platforms.</li><li>Implement automation, monitoring, and process improvements to improve operational efficiency and reliability.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate technology solutions and align cloud services with business requirements.</li><li>Assist with cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and governance initiatives.</li><li>Support cloud operations, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ongoing platform maintenance.</li><li>Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures.</li><li>Contribute to cloud, infrastructure, data, and digital workplace roadmaps.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and project stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>5+ years of cloud engineering and administration experience.</li><li>3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.</li><li>Expertise supporting Microsoft technologies including:</li><li>Entra ID (Azure AD)</li><li>Intune</li><li>Microsoft Defender</li><li>Exchange Online</li><li>SharePoint Online</li><li>Microsoft Teams</li><li>Power Platform</li><li>Microsoft Purview</li><li>Microsoft Copilot</li><li>Experience managing Azure infrastructure, networking, storage, and disaster recovery services.</li><li>Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, governance, and best practices.</li><li>Experience with scripting, automation, and solution development.</li><li>Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and cloud-based ecosystems.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
