Accounts Receivable Supervisor
<p>Location: Surrey, BC (Hybrid – 2-3 days in office/ on site)</p><p>Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time</p><p>Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 per annum</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>We are partnering with a well-established organization to recruit an Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor for a key leadership role within their finance team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a problem-solving, analytical environment, enjoys managing complex accounts, and has proven experience leading people. <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Direct experience with credit analysis for larger and complex accounts, at least 2+ years in a high-volume comparable environment </li><li>Proven leadership experience, having managed a team of at least two or more for at least 1 year or more </li><li>Highly analytical and comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving</li><li>Confident communicator who can manage internal and external relationships</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing multiple moving pieces</li><li>Intermediate to Advance Excel </li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and supervise a team of 2+ Accounts Receivable professionals, providing day-to-day guidance, support, and performance oversight</li><li>Manage a portfolio of large, high-value accounts, acting as a point of escalation for complex issues (400+accounts) </li><li>Perform and oversee credit analysis for key customers, including credit reviews, finance review, risk assessment, and limit recommendations</li><li>Drive resolution of challenging AR issues, discrepancies, and escalations with a solution-oriented mindset</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support timely collections and account health</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve AR processes, controls, and workflows</li><li>Support month-end AR activities, reporting, and aging analysis</li><li>Maintain strong internal controls while balancing customer relationships and business needs</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If this sounds like the role is for you, please apply today!
