• Extensive experience in accounting and financial management within the manufacturing industry, bringing a strong knowledge of standard costing, cost accounting and inventory management.• Proficiency in using advanced accounting software systems, ideally Microsoft Great Plains.• Strong knowledge of budget preparation and financial reporting processes.• Ability to perform detailed ad hoc financial analyses.• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and accounting standards.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.• Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring accounting teams.
