The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting fundraising, finance, and marketing efforts through effective data operations and governance. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily data operations to support the organization’s fundraising, finance, and marketing activities. • Administer and troubleshoot database systems, including Raiser’s Edge and Luminate Online, ensuring seamless functionality. • Manage data imports and integrations using tools such as ImportOmatic and Omatic Cloud, resolving mapping and synchronization issues. • Process offline donations, maintain monthly donor records, and address payment issues including failures and refunds. • Develop and maintain queries, exports, and reports to support audits, reconciliations, and data governance. • Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing robust governance and verification practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights through data analysis and visualization. • Support technical troubleshooting and provide solutions for database-related issues. • Assist in creating dashboards and reports that enhance decision-making processes for various departments. • Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational standards.

• Proficient in data mining techniques and data visualization tools. • Experience working with databases such as Raiser’s Edge and Luminate Online. • Strong knowledge of integration tools like ImportOmatic and Omatic Cloud. • Familiarity with SQL queries and data analysis methodologies. • Ability to create dashboards and generate detailed reports. • Expertise in QA management to ensure data accuracy and consistency. • Skilled in using Microsoft applications for data management and reporting. • Understanding of Maps API and its application in data analysis.
