<p><strong>THE ROLE: </strong></p><p>We are looking for a skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to lead IT security, cloud, and networking projects that drive efficiencies and improve organizational operations. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and maintain system architectures that align with the organization’s strategic goals. Your expertise will span cybersecurity, networking, cloud environments, and both Linux and Windows systems administration. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, strengthen cybersecurity, and deliver innovative solutions. You’ll also provide mentorship to IT personnel while offering tier 2/3 technical support during peak times. Configure networking equipment (Fortinet, Juniper, Cisco, Aruba) and oversee SD-WAN, VPN tunnels, and IP management. Maintain updated network documentation and diagrams</li><li><strong>Technical Strategy:</strong> Research emerging tools and technologies to enhance IT operations. Design logic-based solutions and contribute to automation using tools like PowerShell and Python. Support development using platforms such as SharePoint, PowerApps, and Flow</li><li><strong>Cybersecurity:</strong> Investigate and address security incidents, configure security tools, monitor traffic, and implement incident response strategies while adhering to industry regulations and best practices</li><li><strong>Systems Administration:</strong> Administer cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS) and virtualized Linux/Windows systems. Conduct backups and implement disaster recovery plans.
