<p>Our client in <strong>Calgary </strong>is seeking a skilled <strong>Payroll Accountant</strong> to support payroll operations across multiple healthcare entities. This long-term contract role involves processing high-volume payroll, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance within a collaborative team environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process bi-weekly payroll for 3,500–4,000 employees across six entities.</li><li>Perform monthly reconciliations and resolve payroll variances.</li><li>Post and verify payroll data in NetSuite; prepare journal entries.</li><li>Manage year-end activities, including T4 reconciliations and adjustments.</li><li>Use Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups) for payroll analysis and reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with finance on payroll reviews and support UKG Pro tasks as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p>
