Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead and develop a high-performing Accounts Receivable team while owning the full-cycle receivables function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both people leadership and hands-on work in a fast-paced, high-volume billing environment. You will manage a team of 3–5 Accounts Receivable professionals and play a key role in strengthening billing accuracy, collections performance, and internal controls. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–5 Accounts Receivable staff</li><li>Oversee the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including:</li><li>High-volume billing and invoicing</li><li>Cash application</li><li>Collections and dispute resolution</li><li>Credit management</li><li>Account reconciliations</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate invoicing in a complex billing environment</li><li>Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve billing issues</li><li>Establish and improve AR policies, procedures, and internal controls</li><li>Support month-end close related to AR, including reconciliations and reporting</li><li>Assist with audits and compliance requirements</li></ul>

What We Are Looking For<ul><li>4+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable or billing leadership</li><li>Strong background in high-volume billing and complex invoicing</li><li>Solid understanding of full-cycle AR and credit/collections best practices</li><li>Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage, SAP, etc.) strong asset</li><li>Advanced Excel skills</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills</li></ul> If this sounds like the role for you, please apply today!
