<p>Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager<strong> </strong> to lead supply planning, inventory strategy, and planning excellence across a complex operation.</p><p>This position will oversee integrated supply planning, inventory optimization, capacity planning, and risk management while partnering closely with Operations, Procurement, Commercial, and Finance teams to ensure supply continuity and exceptional customer service.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Lead the site Supply Planning team and planning processes.</li><li>Balance demand, inventory, capacity, and customer service requirements.</li><li>Drive inventory optimization and working capital improvements.</li><li>Mitigate supply risks through scenario planning and cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Support executive decision-making with data-driven insights and recommendations.</li><li>Champion continuous improvement, planning systems, and KPI performance.</li></ul>
