This position demands strong analytical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to lead and mentor a team. Typically, 5-8 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or a related finance role, with at least 2-3 years in a management or supervisory capacity, is required. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is essential, and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is highly preferred. A deep understanding of the Canadian economic landscape and its impact on financial performance is paramount.
