The collections/credit clerks in Canada ensure the timely collection of outstanding payments from customers. The role is responsible for a variety of tasks related to credit and collections, balancing customer service with effective debt recovery practices.

Typical collections/credit clerk duties:

Process customer credit applications and verify creditworthiness using various sources. Recommend credit limits for new and existing customers based on established criteria.
