Dan is deze functie jou op het lijf geschreven!</p><p><strong>De functie</strong></p><p>Als Payroll Expert speel je een cruciale rol binnen het HR-team van onze klant. Jij zorgt ervoor dat payrollprocessen vlekkeloos verlopen en biedt ondersteuning bij uiteenlopende HR-gerelateerde taken. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:</p><ul><li>Het beheren en verwerken van de maandelijkse payroll (ongeveer 140 werknemers, waaronder bedienden, arbeiders en expats) in samenwerking met Partena. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige uitvoering.</li><li>Fungeren als SPOC (Single Point of Contact) voor payrollpartners en het afstemmen van payroll met de accountingafdeling.</li><li>Het coördineren, beheren en analyseren van tijdregistraties via Protime, en het bieden van support aan medewerkers bij vragen.</li><li>Zorgdragen voor nauwkeurige HR-administratie: onboarding/offboarding, rapportages en het up-to-date houden van personeelsdossiers.</li><li>Samenwerken met externe partners voor de begeleiding en administratieve opvolging van expats.</li><li>Behandelen van vragen over sociale wetgeving, het opstellen van sociale documenten en verwerken van timesheets.</li><li>Up-to-date blijven met wijzigingen in payrollwetgevingen en het bijdragen aan optimalisatie van processen.</li><li>Mee instaan voor fleetbeheer.</li></ul><p><strong>Jouw profiel</strong></p><p>Wij zijn voor onze klant op zoek naar een pragmatische en analytisch sterke professional die houdt van verantwoordelijkheid en een hands-on aanpak.
