<p><strong>Robert Half</strong> <strong>Talent Solutions</strong> is currently looking for an Accounting &amp; Reporting Coordinator <strong>(m/f/x) </strong>for a permanent position based in Brussels.</p><p>Our client is a fast growing company active in the sustainable investment<strong> sector</strong>.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">As Accounting &amp; Reporting Coordinator <strong>(m/f/x) </strong>you will be <strong>responsible</strong> for:</p><ul><li>Supervising all accounting activities and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting across several business units and entities, both in Belgium and abroad ;</li><li>Ensuring that accounting and tax processes (including VAT and corporate tax) are executed with rigor and in compliance with deadlines and applicable regulations ;</li><li>Coordinating the preparation of financial reports (budgets, reforecasts, portfolio reporting, etc.) and verifying the integrity of forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis ;</li><li>Mentoring and supporting (senior) accountants, supporting training and development within the team, and acting as main point of contact for external auditors ;</li><li>Driving process improvements, automation initiatives and supporting improvements to financial systems and workflows.</li></ul><p>The required <strong>profile</strong> for the Accounting &amp; Reporting Coordinator<strong> (m/f/x) </strong>position:</p><ul><li>Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field ;</li><li>Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and reporting, ideally with exposure to Belgian GAAP (knowledge in IFRS is a plus) ;</li><li>Proven analytical and organizational skills with the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines and manage shifting priorities ;</li><li>Excellent communication skills in French and English ;</li><li>Experience in stakeholder management, process improvement and a solid understanding of Belgian corporate tax and VAT.</li></ul><p>Interested in this position of Accounting &amp; Reporting Coordinator <strong>(m/f/x)</strong> at a young and dynamic company?
