They are committed to supporting their employees' growth and providing a collaborative work environment.<br /> </p><p>They are seeking a strong Level 2 Support Engineer to join their IT team on a 6-month contract with the potential for permanency. This role will cover both BAU and project work, based on-site 5 days a week across their Mascot and Sydney CBD offices.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Your tasks/responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the processes of incoming calls to the Service Desk via telephone, e-mail, self-service portal, walk-in, event management, to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end user issues.</li><li>Coordinate and / or perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing / deploying hardware, configuring systems and applications.</li><li>Managing Windows and Mac operating systems, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and networking.</li><li>Provide ongoing development / maintenance of SCCM deployment images and software release packages.</li><li>Take initiative by proposing improvements, workarounds, and solutions.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Experience required:</strong></p><ul><li>Exceptional knowledge and experience with computer hardware, mobile devices (IOS & Android), IP phones, videoconferencing, teleconferencing, printers (office and industrial), time clocks (Kronos), kiosks, and peripherals</li><li>Strong working knowledge in Microsoft 365 including managing users in Active Directory and Exchange.</li><li>Knowledge of creating / maintaining SCCM deployment image for computers include building software packages for releasement.</li></ul><p> </p><p>If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing organisation as part of a team of talented engineers, this is the role for you!</p><p> </p><p> </p></td></tr></tbody></table><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
