About the RoleYou will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the ICT Operations function, ensuring reliable, secure and customer-focused technology services across the organisation.You'll oversee service management, infrastructure operations, applications, compliance, development and vendor relationships while contributing to the broader ICT strategy.This is a leadership role where you'll balance operational excellence with continuous improvement and strategic planning.
