Backed by significant investment, the business is now seeking a skilled and steady Marketing Director to lead end-to-end marketing across APAC.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p>Reporting to the global Chief Marketing Officer (US-based), this role leads the full marketing strategy for the APAC business, including brand, digital, demand generation, content, events, PR/communications, and product marketing.</p><p>You'll manage and optimise a US$3M marketing budget, own regional marketing performance, and lead a team across digital, campaigns, brand, and Sales Representatives. This is a highly hands-on leadership role: strategic at the top, tactical at the coalface, and central to revenue generation.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">You will:</span></strong></p><ul><li>Drive rapid growth across multiple solutions and brands in the APAC portfolio.</li><li>Lead, coach, and elevate a multi-disciplinary marketing and sales development representative team.</li><li>Oversee all demand generation channels, metrics, optimisation, and reporting.</li><li>Partner closely with the APAC sales leadership to align marketing output with revenue outcomes.</li><li>Lead go-to-market plans, brand positioning, and media/press activity for the region.</li><li>Manage all digital strategy including SEO/SEM, web performance, content, analytics, and ABM.</li><li>Own event strategy including conferences, tradeshows, and customer events.</li><li>Build and embed a data-led marketing operations culture.</li><li>Play a key role in product marketing conversations and brand integration work across new offerings.</li><li>Act as a regional market expert on trends, competitive dynamics, customer insights, and product-market fit.</li></ul><p>This is a rare opportunity to step into a global organisation during a high-growth period and shape the next phase of expansion for APAC.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">About You</span></strong></p><p>You are an experienced senior marketing leader who loves combining strategy with roll-up-your-sleeves delivery.
