You will manage lease renewal processes, as well as coordination lease negotiation documentation and issues of renewals. You will be highly organised, with a strong work ethic and methodical way of working, ensuring all administration and documentation is completed within the necessary timeframes. You will work closely with the organisation's senior leadership team, providing regular updates and ensuring compliance is kept on top of. <strong>This is a full-time opportunity, working on-site 5 days per week in the organisation's South Melbourne office. This role can be a temp, temp to perm or permanent opportunity. The role maintains strong controls and drives continuous improvement, while partnering with operational leaders and advisors to deliver reliable insights.
