They are now seeking an experienced Interim Senior Finance Business Partner or FP&amp;A Manager to join their team on a temporary basis (3-6 months) for a budget build project. </p><p> </p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>Our client is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner or FP&amp;A Manager for a temporary assignment of 3-6 months. This is a critical role reporting directly to the CFO, where you will:</p><ul><li>Lead the budgeting processes using Oracle EPM or other advanced budgeting tools.</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed budget templates and models to ensure accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Identify key drivers and assumptions in the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.</li><li>Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential outcomes.</li><li>Partner with operational teams to deliver actionable insights and drive financial performance.</li><li>Collaborate closely with executives to provide strategic analysis and recommendations.</li><li>Monitor budget adherence and provide regular updates to stakeholders.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>About You:</strong></p><ul><li>CA / CPA Qualification</li><li>Proven experience in financial services, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics.</li><li>Prior experience as a Senior Finance Business Partner, FP&amp;A Manager or Head of Finance. </li><li>Expertise in budgeting and planning tools, preferably Oracle EPM or similar systems.</li><li>Outstanding communication skills to effectively liaise with both operations teams and executives.</li><li>Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and modelling.</li><li>A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Willingness to work in the CBD office 4 to 5 days per week.</li></ul><p> </p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organisation and contribute to a high-impact project.
