<p>We're looking for a skilled <strong>Systems Engineer</strong> to complement a team motivated by problem-solving and hands-on support in dynamic client environments. This is the perfect role for someone seasoned in Microsoft technologies, infrastructure, and networking who is prepared to tackle senior escalations and contribute to both BAU support and smaller IT projects.</p><p>As a vital team member, you'll deliver impactful and timely support across diverse technologies while keeping documentation and processes sharp. You'll also play a role in client success by delivering personable, high-quality service and acting as a trusted advisor to end users.</p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will embody the MSP mindset: adaptable, technically strong, and dedicated to teamwork to ensure client satisfaction. You have demonstrated career experience resolving complex escalations, working across tech stacks, and assisting with IT deployments.
