Your role will be working onsite and being responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary. The Level 2 IT Support Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization's IT infrastructure.</p><p><br /> To be successful you will be a friendly and engaging team member with demonstrated experience working in IT support.
