<p>Robert Half is exclusively partnered with a Manufacturing Organization in Brisbane, and they are looking for additional support to assist with service desk operations. This role will come with a permanent offer for the right candidate at the end of the contract engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Triage escalated tickets from L1 team in relates to Hardware, Software, VMs and Networking</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft 365 applications, Networking (Meraki), Alert & Server Monitoring (VMware/ Hyper V), and Device Management (Intune)</li><li>Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system</li><li>Getting involved with IT projects as required.</li></ul><p>Details:</p><ul><li>Working hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday in the office</li><li>Working in a Microsoft & Windows 11 environment</li><li>Fulltime contract of 38 hours/ week</li><li>Possibility of extension or a permanent position at the end of the contract</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Australian working rights required (no sponsorship provided).</li><li>Previous experience in a Level 2 Technical Support role.</li><li>Decent knowledge of Active Directory (AD), and Office 365 suite (Intune), Networking (Cisco) and VMs (VMware & Hyper V).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.</li></ul><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
