<p>Robert Half has partnered with a leading Australian organisation within the industrial / food production / supply chain sector that is seeking a UKG Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of a major enterprise transformation program.</p><p><strong>Role Overview<br /></strong><br /> We are seeking an experienced UKG Business Analyst to play a critical role in bridging the gap between business and technology teams across a complex UKG program. This position will suit a proactive and confident Business Analyst who enjoys working across multiple stakeholder groups, navigating ambiguity, and helping shape solutions that are practical, scalable, and fit for purpose.</p><p>You will work closely with operational leaders, payroll, HR, project teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, map business processes, support solution design, and contribute to successful delivery across the wider program. This is a high-impact role where you will have genuine influence on business outcomes and play an important part in ensuring the solution meets both operational and strategic needs.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with key business and technical stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements across the UKG program</li><li>Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to understand current state processes and define future state requirements</li><li>Analyse and map business processes relating to workforce management, time and attendance, payroll, and operations</li><li>Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process maps, and supporting documentation</li><li>Partner with project managers, vendors, and solution teams to support the design and implementation of the UKG solution</li><li>Identify process improvement opportunities and support the business in adopting more efficient ways of working</li><li>Support system configuration discussions by ensuring business requirements are clearly understood and documented</li><li>Assist with testing phases by helping define test scenarios, supporting UAT, and ensuring requirements are traceable through to delivery</li><li>Manage stakeholder expectations and act as a key liaison between operational teams and the broader program team</li><li>Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle including change impacts, business readiness, and process alignment</li></ul><p><strong>About You<br /></strong><br /> You are a commercially aware and detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience working across enterprise transformation programs.
