You'll be the bridge between stakeholders and technology, turning opportunity into impact. This role will be sitting in the Contact Centre team and will be solely responsible for the AI solutions in contact centre / interaction management use cases for the business. Liaising with multiple stakeholders internally, you will be required to gather requirements, contextualise the ideas and tailor a high-quality AI solution for the business.
