<table width="680"><tbody><tr><td width="507"><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to act as a key escalation point as well as delivering projects. You'll ensure the stability, security and performance of client environments while delivering cloud and infrastructure solutions.</p><p>This role is hands-on across Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Hybrid environments and Entra ID, combining deep technical expertise with strong customer engagement and service discipline.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide technical presales support across Azure, M365, Intune and Hybrid environments, as well as network solutions</li><li>Contribute to technical design, deliver project tasks and independently deliver smaller projects</li><li>Act as senior escalation point for complex issues by supporting tickets, major incidents, problem and change management</li><li>Support Service Delivery processes and continuous improvement</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Microsoft Cloud certification (AZ-104 and/or MS-102)</li><li>Highly regarded: MD-102, ThreatLocker, CCNA, Fortinet</li><li>Australian Driver's Licence</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Experience & Skills</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years in a similar senior engineering/support role</li><li>Proven cloud migration experience (Intune, SharePoint, Hybrid, Entra ID)</li><li>Strong systems and network design, and security knowledge</li><li>Technical expertise in:</li><li>Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune</li><li>Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy</li><li>Networking (switching, routing, firewall, VPN)</li><li>Azure IaaS</li><li>Backup (Veeam/Azure) and storage (SAN/NAS/DAS)</li><li>Exchange Online and Microsoft Defender suite</li><li>Professional strengths:</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li><li>Analytical problem solver with commercial awareness</li><li>Collaborative and customer-focused</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Apply Now</strong></p><p>If you are interested in this role, please click the Apply Now button below.<br /><br /></p><p>This is a hybrid position.</p></td></tr></tbody></table><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
