A key mandate will be to bring rigour to the sales function by embedding best practice across pipeline management, forecasting, performance metrics, and customer engagement.</p><p> Alongside mentoring and developing the high-performing sales team, the successful candidate will lead from the front and will remain close to the market; personally contributing to key deals, partnerships, and enterprise opportunities. Of particular interest will be those who have worked within high-growth or fintech environments and have managed small teams of experienced sales consultants to fully reach their potential.</p><p>Bringing a track record of scaling revenue and building and managing high-performing teams, as well as your own pipeline, you will be well-suited to working within a businesses transitioning from early success to structured growth.</p><p>Your success will come not only from your sales and leadership acumen but also your ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution, and comfort in setting direction at the leadership level whilst also rolling up your sleeves to drive outcomes.   • <p><strong>The Company</strong> </p><p>Our client is a large, world-renowned health organisation currently looking for a commercially astute Finance Business Partner on an initial contract basis with the view to go perm. The organisation has a famous reputation across Australia and beyond. Specialised in looking after some of the most vulnerable individuals in our society, they pride themselves on providing the best care and support for those who need it the most.</p><p>The Finance Business Partner will be working with Executive Operational stakeholders and will play a vital role in providing the right insights to support efficient day-to-day operations as well as strategic direction.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Role</strong> </p><p>Reporting to the Head of FP&amp;A, with indirect reporting lines to the Heads of Departments, your main responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Managing the budget of some of the most critical divisions within the organisation.</li><li>Working with Department Heads, Executive Leadership as well as their direct reports.</li><li>Participate in the identification, implementation and measurement of budget strategies including savings for your responsible departments.</li><li>Support robust planning (budgeting and forecasting) by establishing models (revenue and cost) to ensure management actions are aligned to plans and targets.</li><li>Lead end of month activities for your allocated Divisions (preparing journals, accruals etc.)..</li><li>Complete the monthly performance reports for the allocated Division which includes workforce analysis and labour costing, financial performance, activity/access performance and projects updates.</li><li>Undertake/participate in projects including reviews of financial efficiency and effectiveness goals and objectives.</li><li>Provide timely financial and business management insights to the assigned divisions/departments and Executive Director on financial, budgetary, costing and other general accounting and business matters.</li><li>Other ad-hoc analysis &amp; process improvements.</li></ul><p> </p><p>The organisation offers a flexible working environment with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">About you</span></strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business or related field.</li><li>Preferably CA or CPA Qualified with experience in a Finance Business Partnering / Commercial Finance / Management Accounting capacity.</li><li>You have the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, can multitask and can set priorities accordingly.</li><li>You enjoy communicating with financial and non-financial stakeholders and have the talent to influence and build relationships.</li><li>You enjoy presenting commercial and financial outcomes to senior financial and operational stakeholders.</li><li>You have an ability to apply your accounting and financial acumen in a practical and commercial manner.</li><li>You have an analytical mind and are a natural talent in understanding the story behind the numbers as well as anticipating what is to come.</li><li>You thrive working in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to analyse large, complex data sets and highlight key business insights to business partners.</li><li>A willingness to be hands-on.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today</span></strong></p><p>This role is currently vacant and there is strong desire to have someone in place very quickly.
