This is an excellent opportunity for an Application Support Engineer to join the team.</p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>This is an Application Support Engineer position within a small, collaborative team. Your primary responsibility is to provide support and maintain the portfolio of applications and databases used. You'll oversee the delivery and maintenance of each application, and you'll work closely with software vendors in this role.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Application & Database Support</strong>: Respond to incidents, manage access, oversee deployments and changes, and monitor system health.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement</strong>: Gather business requirements and collaborate across teams to deliver system improvements.</li><li><strong>Vendor Management</strong>: Track vendor product updates and coordinate with providers for software maintenance and issue resolution.</li><li><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong>: Stay current with administration practices and suggest enhancements for systems and processes.</li><li><strong>Compliance & Duties</strong>: Maintain software license compliance, follow organisational values, and complete assigned tasks.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>6+ years of Application/ Database support experience</li><li>Knowledge in SQL Server and supporting ERP, DMS and MS 365 stack</li><li>Familiarity with application/ software vendor and software life cycles</li></ul><p>Hold rights to work in Australia</p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
