You'll work closely with senior accountants, depot and warehouse stakeholders, and the offshore team to ensure transactions, reconciliations, payroll inputs and reporting are accurate and delivered on time.</p><p>What you'll be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Processing customer billing across various business activities</li><li>Managing accounts payable and receivable end to end</li><li>Performing bank, supplier, customer and general ledger reconciliations</li><li>Monitoring debtor balances and following up outstanding payments</li><li>Assisting with payroll processing including timesheets, overtime and allowances</li><li>Posting journals and contributing to month-end close</li><li>Maintaining asset registers</li><li>Processing intercompany transactions</li></ul><p><strong>About you:<br /></strong>You do not need to be a qualified accountant however you'll have a stable employment history where you can showcase outstanding skills in AP, AR, and reconciliations. </p><p>Intermediate Excel skills are required ensuring you're highly proficient in formulas, lookups and working with large datasets. Parking is available onsite. </p><p><strong>What you'll do:<br /></strong>Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a broad and hands-on Finance Manager role responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations across the Queensland portfolio while partnering closely with various stakeholders.</p><p>You will:</p><ul><li>Take ownership of month-end reporting including journals, reconciliations and management accounts</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting and cashflow oversight across assets and development projects</li><li>Partner with centre management and development teams on performance, cost tracking and analysis</li><li>Manage lending schedules, debt-related reporting, term deposits and bank guarantees</li><li>Assist with consolidated group reporting requirements</li><li>Oversee AP/AR processes and provide cover where required</li><li>Support job costing, development feasibilities and cashflow updates within Cheops</li><li>Liaise with auditors and tax advisors</li><li>Drive process improvements and ongoing system enhancements</li></ul><p><strong>About you:<br /></strong>You will likely have 3-5 years' experience in a similar accounting or finance role and be CA/CPA qualified (or working towards).</p><p>Construction, property, or relatable industries will translate strongly. You'll be comfortable operating in a lean team, enjoy variety and be confident engaging with operational stakeholders and senior leadership.</p><p>Strong technical foundations across reporting, reconciliations, cashflow and debt-related items are essential.
