  • <p><strong>Business Systems Analyst - HRIS<br /> Brisbane | Day Rate Contract | $600- $700 per day + super</strong><br /><br /> Join an organisation that is transforming its HR technology landscape and investing in digital systems and employee experience.</p><p>We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst - HRIS to own and support the HR technology stack across the business (Kronos, Micropay and LMS). Sitting between HR, Technology and Payroll, this role ensures our clients core HR platforms run smoothly, are well-supported and continuously improved.</p><p>What you'll be doing</p><ul><li>Provide functional and technical support across HR applications (Kronos, Micropay and LMS)</li><li>Resolve system issues, triage tickets and manage incidents</li><li>Configure system changes and small enhancements with a continuous improvement mindset</li><li>Drive automation, digital workflows and self-service enhancements</li><li>Act as the liaison between HR, IT and external vendors</li><li>Work with stakeholders to analyse business needs and translate requirements into solutions</li><li>Support upgrades, new release testing and system improvements</li><li>Ensure HR systems are compliant, secure and data-driven</li><li>Assist in reporting, analytics and data quality improvements</li></ul><p>What we're looking for</p><ul><li>Experience supporting HR applications, payroll or workforce management platforms</li><li>Background in HRIS, Application Support or HR / Payroll Systems roles</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems independently</li><li>Stakeholder engagement skills across HR, IT and vendors</li><li>Functional knowledge of payroll or HR processes (rostering, workforce, T&amp;A, onboarding)</li><li>Experience with process improvement, reporting or automation</li></ul><p>Nice to have (not essential):</p><ul><li>Experience with Kronos, Micropay or LMS platforms</li><li>SQL, integrations or system configuration experience</li><li>Exposure to workforce management, rostering or payroll environments</li></ul><p>Why you'll love it</p><ul><li>Join a supportive and collaborative culture</li><li>Real ownership over systems and platforms</li><li>Flexible working and modern office environment</li><li>Career pathway into HR Systems leadership or BA roles</li></ul><p>About you</p><p>You're someone who loves technology, problem solving and improving how things work.
