This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, friendly, and down-to-earth, experienced team that is currently going through an exciting period of change, development, and growth.</p><p>This is a six-month contract with a mid-January start date, offering 2 days WFH.</p><p>During this time, you will work closely with the CFO, managing an experienced transactional finance team.</p><p><strong>You can expect to:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee end-to-end financial management, including month-end and year-end close</li><li>Prepare and review management reporting, financial statements, and board reports</li><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes</li><li>Manage cash flow, working capital, and balance sheet integrity</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Oversee audit processes and liaise with external auditors and advisors</li><li>Oversee the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments</li><li>Manage the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring prompt collection of outstanding receivables and maintaining accurate records</li></ul><p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p><p>We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager who is comfortable leading teams while remaining hands-on. You'll work closely with an experienced, commercially minded leadership team while reporting directly to the CFO.
