Our client has grown through a number of mergers and acquisitions and is now investing in a Transformation Program to streamline and modernise how the business operates. That work is supported externally.Your role is to focus on the things a good Financial Controller should be focusing on which is understanding the numbers. Challenging them, explaining them, and then using them to help the business make better decisions.You'll work closely with the Directors and senior operational leaders, providing the financial insight needed to support performance and growth. This isn't a role for you if you're looking for the biggest finance team but it is for you if you're a Financial Controller who wants autonomy, visibility and influence.
