  • <p><strong>Business Analyst - Time &amp; Attendance Transformation</strong><br /> <strong>Brisbane | Onsite | 6-12 Month Contract | Up to $800 per day</strong></p><p>Robert Half is partnering with a large, nationally recognised industrial organisation currently delivering a major enterprise Time &amp; Attendance transformation across a complex operational workforce.</p><p>The program is already in flight, with several key business questions still to be resolved around future-state processes, configuration, pay rules, and operational ways of working. As a result, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Time &amp; Attendance / Workforce Management experience to help bring structure, pace and practical business analysis capability to the next phase of delivery.</p><p>This role will suit someone who is hands-on, pragmatic and comfortable working directly with operational teams to understand current challenges, simplify requirements and help shape future-state processes quickly.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>You will work closely with HR, payroll, operations, timekeepers, supervisors and project stakeholders to capture business requirements, analyse current processes and support the design of future-state Time &amp; Attendance solutions.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Work with operational teams to understand current Time &amp; Attendance processes, pain points and business requirements</li><li>Capture how existing tools and systems are being used today, including legacy HR / workforce applications due to be decommissioned</li><li>Assess what functionality should move into the new Time &amp; Attendance platform versus other business systems</li><li>Support future-state process design across time capture, timesheet approval, overtime, leave, pay rules and workforce reporting</li><li>Translate business issues into clear requirements, options and practical solution recommendations</li><li>Facilitate workshops with HR onsite teams, timekeepers, supervisors and business stakeholders</li><li>Work closely with project leads, technical teams and vendors to support configuration refinement and delivery</li><li>Identify process gaps, business risks and opportunities to streamline ways of working</li><li>Support testing, rollout readiness, adoption and transition to BAU</li><li>Use practical tools and techniques to accelerate discovery, mapping and process analysis without over-documenting</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>You are a practical Business Analyst with experience working on Time &amp; Attendance, Workforce Management, Payroll or HR systems projects.   • <p><strong>Business Analyst - Microsoft Business Central</strong><br /> <strong>Location:</strong> Bowen Hills, Brisbane<br /> <strong>Duration: </strong>6-month contract with possible long-term extension <br /> <strong>Rate:</strong> Up to $800 per day</p><p>We're partnering with a growing national business that is investing heavily in business systems, process improvement and operational standardisation across multiple states.</p><p>They are looking for a hands-on <strong>Business Analyst</strong> to support a range of business systems projects, including <strong>Microsoft Business Central</strong> and other operational platforms. This role will sit under an experienced project lead and support the delivery of requirements, process documentation, configuration support, change readiness and go-live activity including UAT testing.</p><p>This is a great opportunity for a BA who enjoys bringing structure to evolving environments. The business is moving quickly, so they need someone practical, collaborative and comfortable working in a setting where not everything is fully defined yet.</p><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>You'll work closely with project leadership, internal teams, vendors and business stakeholders across Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia to understand business needs, document processes and support the successful delivery of systems change.</p><p>The role will involve BA work across multiple projects, with a focus on standardising processes, improving documentation and helping business users adopt new ways of working.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Gather, analyse and document business requirements across Microsoft Business Central and other business systems</li><li>Map current and future state processes using tools such as Visio, Miro or similar</li><li>Support system configuration discussions by translating business needs into clear requirements</li><li>Create and maintain process documentation, SharePoint pages, project artefacts and user-facing materials</li><li>Work with project teams using tools such as Monday.com and DevOps</li><li>Support testing, change readiness and preparation for a planned July go-live</li><li>Engage with stakeholders across different teams, entities and locations</li><li>Help standardise processes and ways of working across the business</li><li>Act as a practical link between business users, project teams and technical resources</li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>You'll be a genuine Business Analyst with strong fundamentals across requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation.
