A key part of your role will be to support or own end-to-end payroll activities, including terminations, final pays, and payroll reporting.</p><p>You will also contribute to payroll reporting & reconciliations, assisting with management reports and ensuring data accuracy across systems. In addition, there will be minimal HR & payroll Administration support, including drafting employment contracts, processing variations, and handling general administrative tasks.</p><p>Furthermore, you will gain exposure to compliance & multi-entity payroll, working across different pay cycles, agreements, and systems within a business operating across Australia and New Zealand.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Who You Are</span></strong></p><p>We are open to two profiles for this role, depending on your experience level.</p><p>You may be a developing payroll professional with 1-2 years' experience in payroll and accounts, looking to step into a role where you can build your capability and grow into end-to-end payroll.</p><p>Alternatively, you may be an experienced payroll officer, confident managing payroll processes and looking for a stable environment where you can take ownership and add value quickly.</p><p><strong>Across both profiles, you will bring... </strong></p><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment</li><li>A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to work within a manual or semi-automated environment</li><li>Confident communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across the business</li><li>Solid Excel skills and confidence working across multiple systems</li></ul><p>Previous exposure to various payroll systems will be beneficial, but not essential.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today</span></strong></p><p>If you are reliable, grounded, and take ownership of your work.
