With an international presence and a strong focus on growth, the business is looking to strengthen its Australian Compliance function.The RoleAn exciting opportunity for an experienced Compliance Manager to join a growing financial services business, supporting a broad range of regulatory and compliance responsibilities across its Australian operations.Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Maintaining and enhancing compliance frameworks, policies and procedures.</li><li>Monitoring regulatory developments and ensuring ongoing compliance with AFSL obligations.</li><li>Supporting AML/CTF and financial crime compliance requirements.</li><li>Conducting compliance monitoring, reviews and risk assessments.</li><li>Providing practical regulatory advice and guidance to stakeholders across the business.</li><li>Supporting regulatory reporting, audits and engagement with external authorities.</li><li>Reviewing new products, services and business initiatives from a compliance perspective.</li></ul>About You<ul><li>Experience in a Line 2 Compliance role within financial services.</li><li>Strong understanding of Australian regulatory requirements and AFSL obligations.</li><li>Exposure to AML/CTF and financial crime compliance.</li><li>Experience across compliance monitoring, frameworks and regulatory change.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</li></ul>Experience within payments, funds management, institutional financial services, CFD, FX or broader financial markets will be highly regarded.What's on Offer<ul><li>$130,000-$150,000 + super + bonus.</li><li>Flexible hybrid working arrangements.</li><li>Opportunity to join an established global financial services organisation.</li><li>Broad exposure to regulatory compliance and senior business stakeholders.</li></ul>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities. You'll work closely with the Senior Practice Director, and the wider team. This role suits someone coming back to work, someone looking for better balance, or someone who wants to focus on sourcing and candidate delivery.About the roleYou'll find, attract and engage high-quality candidates for the practice. You'll also make sure every candidate has an excellent experience with us. Most of your time will go on sourcing and screening, and you'll also have some client contact as part of delivery.Talent sourcing and market intelligence<ul><li>Find and engage candidates through referrals, networking, advertising and headhunting</li><li>Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs</li><li>Keep up with market trends and talent movements across Legal, Risk & Compliance</li></ul>Candidate assessment and management<ul><li>Screen, interview and reference-check candidates to find the best match for each client</li><li>Get a real understanding of each candidate's skills, motivations and career goals</li><li>Give candidates a positive, professional and consultative experience from start to finish</li></ul>Recruitment and placement support<ul><li>Work with the Senior Practice Director and the wider team to make successful placements</li><li>Present suitable candidates with accurate, timely information</li><li>Debrief candidates after interviews and give constructive feedback</li><li>Support offer management and keep candidates updated throughout the process</li></ul>Collaboration and continuous improvement<ul><li>Share market intelligence, candidates and opportunities with colleagues</li><li>Help the practice grow and hit its revenue goals through placement activity</li><li>Look for ways to improve our recruitment processes and candidate outcomes</li></ul>Systems and compliance<ul><li>Keep candidate records and activity tracking in Salesforce accurate and up to date</li><li>Handle all data accurately and with integrity</li></ul>About you<ul><li>A few years' experience in agency recruitment or in-house talent acquisition</li><li>Confident sourcing and screening candidates, with some exposure to client delivery</li><li>A consultative, people-first approach and strong communication skills</li><li>Well organised, detail-focused and comfortable working to activity targets and KPIs</li><li>A team player who enjoys sharing ideas and celebrating shared wins</li><li>Experience in Legal, Risk & Compliance recruitment is a bonus but not essential</li></ul>Why Robert Half?You'll get the backing of a global brand along with the energy of a close-knit, high-performing local team.
